By accessing the website, submitting information, requesting a quote, or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a reservation or authorize payment.
If you make a reservation on behalf of a company, passenger, family member, client, or group, you represent that you have authority to provide their information and accept the applicable terms on their behalf.
2. Transportation Services
Transportation services are subject to:
- Vehicle and chauffeur availability
- Written confirmation
- Payment authorization
- Passenger and luggage capacity
- Service-area limitations
- Applicable airport and venue rules
- The Company Terms & Transportation Policies
- Any written quote, rental agreement, or special-event agreement issued for the reservation
A website submission, Meta lead form, telephone inquiry, automated acknowledgment, or quote request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is confirmed only after A1 Coach Limousine provides written confirmation.
3. Online Booking System
A1 Coach Limousine uses Limo Anywhere and related MyLimoBiz technology to facilitate quotes, reservations, dispatch, trip management, customer communications, and payment processing.
Your use of that booking environment may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of Limo Anywhere and its service providers. A1 Coach Limousine remains responsible for the transportation services it confirms and performs.
Limo Anywhere permits operators to maintain customized rental agreements and privacy policies within the booking portal. Its guidance recommends showing terms in a scrollable acknowledgment box so there is a record that the customer accepted them before completing the reservation.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Quotes are estimates based on the information provided.
- Quotes may expire after the period stated in the communication.
- Pricing may change if the itinerary, vehicle, date, duration, number of passengers, number of stops, pickup time, airport, event, service area, or service requirements change.
- Additional charges may include gratuity, tolls, parking, airport fees, fuel surcharges, meet-and-greet fees, waiting time, overtime, cleaning, damage, or special requests.
- A displayed or estimated rate does not reserve a vehicle.
The final reservation confirmation controls if it differs from a preliminary estimate.
5. Accuracy of Information
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Passenger name
- Phone number and email
- Pickup and drop-off details
- Service date and time
- Flight information
- Passenger and luggage count
- Additional stops
- Accessibility requests
- Child-seat requests
- Vehicle requirements
A1 Coach Limousine is not responsible for service failures caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Submit false reservations or payment information
- Attempt to interfere with website or booking-system security
- Introduce malicious code
- Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
- Impersonate another person
- Submit another person’s information without authorization
- Use the website to harass employees, chauffeurs, customers, or third parties
We may restrict access or cancel fraudulent or abusive submissions.
7. Intellectual Property
The A1 Coach Limousine name, logo, website design, text, photographs, graphics, service descriptions, and other content are owned by or licensed to A1 Coach Limousine.
You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business-booking purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may connect to third-party services, including:
- Limo Anywhere and MyLimoBiz
- Payment processors
- Google Maps
- Meta platforms
- Social-media platforms
- Analytics and advertising providers
A1 Coach Limousine does not control every aspect of third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent terms, availability, security, or privacy practices.
9. Website Availability
We attempt to keep the website and reservation tools available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online tools are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:

- A vehicle is available until the reservation is confirmed
- Third-party platforms will operate without interruption
Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, A1 Coach Limousine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or an unconfirmed request.
Transportation-related liability is governed by the Company Terms & Transportation Policies and the applicable reservation agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, expenses, or damages resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of the website
- Information you submitted without authorization
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Your breach of these Terms
- Conduct by passengers included in your reservation
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the website or services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Cook County, Illinois.
14. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, operational, technological, or business changes. The updated effective date will appear at the top of the page.
